About me
I am a mentor of LEADERS and TEAMS.
I believe that leadership in transformational times requires: Care, Courage, Curiosity, Creativity, Communication, Co-operation and Compassion.
In everything I do there is ENERGY and PRACTICAL ADDED VALUE!
I have been a leader for over 20 years, a management and communication expert, a Professional Scrum Master, a Design Thinking expert, a lecturer at the L. Kozminski Academy in Warsaw, a Trainer at the HeartMath Institute (Boulder Creek, California), a graduate of Neuroscience for Leadership (MIT), the Jungian Psychology program (CG Jung Centre, Ireland), a graduate of the Center for Compassion and Altruism (Stanford University), an executive business coach, a Coaching Supervisor at the International Coaching Community, a team coach, a transfer pricing specialist, a tax advisor no. 09979, and a big fan of David Kelley, Martha Beck, and C.G. Jung.
Management is my daily bread - for years I have prepared development programs for about 5,000 leaders per year. I have spent hundreds of hours helping leaders GROW, ACHIEVE GOALS, build effective TEAMS, create and manage CHANGES, introduce the culture of ENGAGEMENT, INNOVATION and AGILE.
My client list includes dozens of organizations from all over the world and from most business sectors - from L'oreal to Google.
