About ME
I am a MENTOR for LEADERS and TEAMS.
I believe that a SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP is all about: Care, Curiosity, Courage, Compassion, Communication & Co-operation.
There is always VALUE ADDED and FUN in everything I do!
I am a leader with 20+ years of experience under my belt.
I am a management and communication expert, Professional Scrum Master, Design Thinking Expert, have worked many years as a faculty at the Warsaw L. Kozminski Academy, HeartMath Trainer, a graduate from the Neuroscience for Business (MIT Sloan Executive Education), a graduate from the Center for Compassion and Altruism (Stanford University), I hold Jungian Psychology diploma (All-Ireland Centre For Jungian Studies), I am an executive business coach, Coaching Supervisor at the International Coaching Community, team coach.
Additionally I am a finance and banking specialist, transfer pricing practitioner, tax adviser and last but not least - a great fan of David Kelley, Martha Beck and C.G. Jung.
I know a thing or two about LEADERSHIP - I would create development programs for as much as 5000 leaders annually and I spend countless hours helping people GROW, building TEAMS, designing and managing strategic CHANGES, boosting ENGAGEMENT and facilitating INNOVATIONS.
My client list includes among others: Microsoft, Google, Facebook, IKEA, P&G, Dior, L'oreal to name just few.
